What does “poco” mean?

The definition is “little” or “small.” But your little Capitol Hill wine bar is big on flavor.

When are you open?

6 days a week — because you never know when you may need a nice glass of wine or cocktail. Visit us anytime from 4pm. We are open late. (see hours)

Where should I park?

There’s street parking available all along Pine Street in front of the bar. Or when that’s busy, paid parking is available immediately across the street from us underneath the Vox Apartments, or next door in a surface lot.

And, for those who prefer public transportation, there’s also a bus stop right in front of our door. See our location page for more information.

What wines can you expect to find at Poco?

Since 2006 we’ve been proudly serving wines from the Pacific Northwest and regions across the world. We rotate our wine list frequently. Stop in or call us at 206-322-9463 to learn more about what we are pouring today!

Do you offer specials?

Yes! Visit us for happy hour 4 to 6:30 PM Tuesday through Sunday and also 10 PM to 12 AM Sunday through Thursday. If you want to check out what else is new in addition to our menu, find us on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Do you take reservations?

Sure! Seating for parties of 10 or more can be held with at least 48 hours notice. Contact us via email at reservations@pocowineandspirits.com or give us a call at 206-322-9463 to reserve a table.

Do you offer private dining?

We do! Let us know what you’re planning and our event manager will coordinate the experience. We’ve organized everything from marriage proposals to wedding receptions.

Can I hold my next event or meeting at Poco?

Definitely! Our space is perfect for private celebrations or gatherings. Contact us for more information or to reserve your party. Also, if you’re coming into town for a conference in Seattle or nearby Bellevue or Redmond, we can plan a fun Poco experience for you and your guests. Check out our events page for more info.

Can I schedule a wine or spirits tasting for my friends or for an event?

Certainly! You don’t have to go all the way out to Washington wine country to have a Pacific Northwest wine experience. We’ll pull together a menu that’s appropriate for your occasion — whether it’s a birthday party, reunion, or a bachelor or bachelorette party. Contact us to find out more.
